Are you guys Attorneys?

No. We are Legal Document Preparers ONLY

What areas do you guys serve?

We mainly serve the Inland Empire; however, we are authorized to work in the Golden State of California only. Extra fees can apply for areas outside the Inland Empire. Please call for more information.

Will you guys go to Court with me?

No, we are not Attorneys. Therefore, we will NOT go to Court with you.

Do you guys serve documents?

We do not have a Process Server in our team; however, we can refer you to an Independent California Registered Process Server. Please call for more information

Do you guys have Attorneys for Representation?

We are affiliated to a list of attorneys to whom we can refer you to. Please call for more information.

What documents do you guys prepare?

Can you guys provide Legal Advice?

No. Only Attorneys are authorized to provide Legal Advice, and we are NOT Attorneys.

Can I get a consultation over the Phone?

No. We will need to assess your situation in a private meeting.

​

Can you guys give me a price over the Phone?

No. Every case is different. Therefore, we will need to evaluate your situation in a private meeting.

Where are you guys located?

Currently, we have two locations: Ontario and Fontana. Our Ontario office, the Main office address is: 601 S. Milliken Ave. Ste. R, Ontario, CA. 91761, close to the Ontario Mall.

Our Fontana Branch is located at: 17715 Arrow Blvd. Ste. B, Fontana, CA. 92335, right across the Fontana Courthouse.

Are you guys planning to get more locations?

We are planning to do so; however, that is still on the works.

Are you guys a Trademark?

Yes, we are actually registered as a Trademark in the State of California.

​

How fast can you guys process my documentation?

Our usual turnaround is one week; however, the process can take a little bit more based on your situation and needs. Please call for more information.

Do you offer any discounts or special prices?

Yes. Currently, we are offering discounts for Senior Citizens and Military Personnel; however, you will need your ID or your military identification.

​

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday thru Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Saturdays by appointment only. Extra fees may apply.

​

 Do I have to wear a mask inside your offices?

Is not mandatory per the State of California; however, it is much recommended.

​

What is your code of ethics?

Our Code of Ethics is to help the one in need.

​

Can I go to your office to get photocopies made?

Yes. We charge .50 cents per page.

​

Can I go to your office to send or receive a fax?

Yes. Fees are based on the pages to send or receive.

​

Are you guys currently hiring?

Yes. We have different available positions. Please call for more information.

How much are you guys paying?

Salary is based on experience and what you can prove in your resume.

​

Do you guys have any Internship Programs?

Yes. We are connected with several schools to whom we take interns for experience and knowledge.

How long have you guys been in business?

Legal Prep Masters, LLC started in 2013, and we are planning to stay in business for many years more.

Can you guys help me with Business Documents?

Yes. We also provide Business Consulting Services.
